The app needs to be clearer that you need to register through the app even if you already registered on the portal.

Imagine, created an account. Wrote down my password. Trying to log in while I was making an appt, it keeps telling me, "the combo of UN & PW doesn't match". I changed said password and still can't log in to get my member ID. What type of 💩 is this app?

My experience with this company so far is terrible. First I can't get my id cards, now I can't use the app because the website made me sign in with a USERNAME and the app wants my EMAIL, so I can't log in to the app with my credentials and if I try my email it says there is no account with that email (but in my settings it shows that email!)
