Skeletal Avenger is an awesome game. The controls are precise and easy to use with touch, and even better when using a controller. The game has excellent hack n' slash gameplay. Plus, it's pretty fun throwing your skull at enemies. The only downside is that the perks you gain are lost/reset when you start a new dungeon. I hope that someday they release a sequel that has a larger world, or perhaps a crossover with Undead Horde.

There is automatic Google Play login but the save games are not synced (I tested this several times), and I'm in the middle of swapping phones, so I feel it's sort of pointless to play and progress in your game if I cannot continue where I left off on my new phone.
