I used to like this app because I could get tickets for events in different countries and I always could enjoy the events I visited with the tickets I bought. Since this raffle exists, it made less certain to get tickets for the sold out shows, and there's no guarantee for the tickets won on raffles will work. The only reason I give better than 1 star, is that at least I got my money when I sold tickets.

Taxes way too big. The process of prooving identity and address not straightforward. Asked me to upload proof of address without any specific requirements. They were denying my proof 10+ times even though I'm providing legitimate documents.

I used to be a good app, I managed to go on concerts that were soldout before with this app and sold many tickets but since they implemented that "raffle" way to get randomly picked by the system it's less likely for you to get the ticket. It used to be very hard to get tickets to soldout shows but at least there were a chance if you were fast enough but now, it's clearly impossible and is fate rather than being quick. And no need to answer to my comment with your same lame message... Fix it!
