The app is very slow! Hard to use because it keeps kicking your information out & you have to start over. Chosen seats changed after I purchased & seat information was sent to me it was not the same seats & section I had chosen & was not a better seating arrangement!

I was sent tickets. Their system stated I declined them. There is not a declination confirmation on the mobile app asking you to confirmed if you want to declined the tickets. it's a flawed system. the worst part is there is no one to contact about the issue. you send a message or an email ans they will get back to you in a couple of day. I would like to know how many other people have had this issue, there may be a class action suit for damages based on the monetary loss.
