Surreal. Whoever put this together deserves a lot more recognition. It might seem a straightforward idea: historical events all across the world arranged in a timeline. But somebody took the effort to bring it all together with a simple intuitive user interface. This is brilliant! Timleg, you know what would be more brilliant? A map interface with the events depicted on location on the map and the time range selected using a slider control. You can do it man! 😀
Absolutely love the indepth timeline of everything - only could be MUCH more user friendly and imaginative, with better organisation/interface and some pictures etc
Needs the ability to collapse subsections, specifically for the purpose of getting a better grasp of the continuity of the Eons, their Eras, and which Events belong to which. The current model makes it very difficult to see where each Eon or Era runs into the next, because they stretch so long down, it's impossible to view on a mobile screen.
Not helpful for someone who believes in God's Creation rather than evolution.
overall, it's a good app, but there is a lot of bias. Almost every Christian leader is mentioned, but almost none of Muslim leaders are mentioned. Also, there is no event mentioned of conquest of Jerusalem by Saladin, while conquest in 1099 is mentioned and many more examples. It would be a lot better if it was made by staying neutral.
