Uniqlo's material quality is excellent 👌 though some sizes comes small but you won't be disappointed with quality. I love shopping there. Incase you need to return something for any reason whatsoever,it's easy and straightforward.

The uniqlo clothes are great, the app is only okish. It moves a bit slow, feels "heavy" somehow. The images take a while to load so it's a bit frustrating when looking at a lot of items. Also, when scrolling, if you scroll left or right by mistake, it resets your scroll to the top which is really annoying especially when you have been scrolling for a while.

Doesn't work: you spend ages choosing items, adding them to the shopping basket, and then when you go to pay it says the basket is empty, despite the number of items appearing on the little icon in the top corner. Trying to find the chat to seek assistance is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Uniqlo does simple clothing so well; why can't they seem to produce a decent app? The last one was completely pointless and this one seems much the same. I ended up just using the browser version.

what's the point of an online app if everything is always out of stock? If stock is an issue just let us back order what we want and then several months after purchase give us a notification that my orders got fulfilled. All this really is is a glorified catalogue to know what's being made.

keeps saying basket is empty. very bad app. Average. UI so far seems a little better but still slow and still very buggy when trying to search and use filters. Also has to reset my password etc as it decided i didnt exist anymore, was promised a £10 voucher on multiple pages but disnt get one. Also all my current coupons have expired with no warning email or notification or otherwise this change was happening and that 6th august was deadline.
