This app is challenging! it's been very educational so far. I know only the letters, but I'm learning a lot only in the first section. I look forward to seeing what else I will learn with this app. I like that you can see if you didn't complete a lesson with 100%. If I miss even one, I make myself do it over again. Doing so really helps you to learn.

This is a very good app and I have used it alot, sadly for some time now the app gets stuck at 80% and won't launch. Please fix this issue

The teaching itself is very good. However, what made it drop to 2 stars was the very poor customer service. Despite stating that they aim to respond within a certain amount of time, none of my queries were answered. Also i paid for a one year subscription thats disappeared i dont know why. Unless i get a satisfactory response i aim to revoke the app recommendation I gave to others when i first started using this app before getting the premium (which i no longer have now!).

When I try to open the app, it says it's loading but gets stuck at 80% for hours. All other apps, like Alif Bee, are working well, so the issue is not the internet. I uninstalled and reinstalled, even changed connections, but the same thing happens. I am hence leaving this review to raise such a head-scratching issue.
