I absolutely love the style and assets of the new Tambour 8115! However experiencing the same difficulty with the app not syncing completely to my phone. Emails, calls or texts are unavail. Also notification permissions do not include any of those either + no way to add. I have tried several recommendations to resolve, unfortunately nothing is working. The previous version Tambour synced easily. Any suggestions please? Thank you

I've had the 0000 Syncing error for the past several months. I am unable to use the travel features and messaging doesn't sync. I understand that LV doesn't have huge staffing dedicated to software development but basically half the features on my $5,000+ watch haven't been working for the past several months after there was an update. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, I tried resetting the app and watch but it didn't fix the issue. Same issue happens when connecting to another android too

Cannot connect horizon light up watch ,Error 822.... spent hours trying to connect to my android, when it pairs, it is stuck at continue on watch... Tried to reset many times... It connected once in the app but on the watch still the message.. Continue the setup on your phone! Really buggy!!!
