So I've been using this phone since 2015 and have never had any issues however since summer 2021 it's an ongoing problem. Many infact! All of which do not seem to get fixed. Reviews come through my end as 3* / 4* and No comments. Yet ny clients show me they leave comments and 5* so this is concerning and noone seems to know why.. my notifications crash whenever I open the app. Amd also ients get notifications of random changes in there appointments. When everything is fine my end . Pls help

Reported several bugs which still haven't been fixed. App crashes when you press the booking update "bell" and you can't call or text clients from the app as their number isn't marked up as a phone number. When you update hours in the app it has been deleting all your opening hours. Support team take far too long to respond and you usually just get told "it's a bug"
