• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.

• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.

• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.

• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

I have used Laundryheap a number of times now, and I can highly recommend them. They always provide an efficient service, the clothes are pressed better than at other laundry outfits, are returned to you looking pristine, nicely packaged, and excellent customer care throughout. The only annoying detail is that they insist on putting a safety pin and blue paper tag through every item of clothing. It can sometimes be awkward to remove these, and occasionally removal can tear into the garment.

laundry service is fine and the pricing is fine, I spend £80 a week and am satisfied given our house produces vast amounts of laundry. But two problems 1. Collection and delivery: There is no way to tip good service AFTER the service even tho they ask for comments. I'm not going to tip in advance because sometimes service is terrible 2. messaging on the apps is terrible: AI bots or don't understand English. Fine worded replies and do nothing. Spent two days trying to get one question answered.

Former loyal customer, good experience at first, but there were several issues later on with canceled pick-ups, drop-offs at wrong locations, and delayed processing. No direct/ quick way to contact anyone, only chatting through the app which hinders prompt resolutions even for simple issues. Slow response in general. Also, do not appreciate that customer service representatives do not always take accountability for mistakes or attempt to compensate clients or even offer an apology when warranted

This service is a complete con. You're quoted one price, then when the bill comes through you get charged WAY, WAY more. for example, 2 suits costs £22. More than I'd expect but they do it short notice so that would be fine. Then you get a further charge of £9, totally unexplained other than a note that says the laundrette added an extra cost with NO EXPLANATION!!! And apparently I can't dispute it? my local dry cleaner will do suits for around a tenner and it smells nicer when it returns.
