App doesn't work for all stations, though many stations allow you to manually enter your loyalty number and still get rewards. Biggest frustration I have is that it constantly logs you out. Half the time I go to a station, I have to login and in the modern world with 10 million apps, accounts and passwords, that's super annoying to try to remember.

Customer Service Failure after multiple calls for tech support. This has got to be one of the worst apps for help after none of the reps on 4 different calls were able to resolve error codes and/or assist in getting app to work. Reps will mute the call, not respond when asking "are you there" until you think you've lost the connection, refuse to escalate or transfer you to someone else, & worst of all they talk over you so neither side can hear what is being said. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CS.
