You can choose to take it all at once, but a better choice is to divide 600Kcal into two meals, 250Kcal for breakfast and 350Kcal for dinner. The food should preferably be some food with high protein content but low glycemic index (GI). It is not recommended to completely eliminate carbohydrates. When eating, chew slowly and savor well. The fasting days need to be separated, such as Monday and Thursday. This light fasting plan is healthy, effective and easy to implement, allowing you to lose weight easily while enjoying the other benefits of fasting. It can be performed long-term, gradually turning it into a healthy lifestyle.
16-8 is the most popular fasting plan for weight loss. With 16 hours fasting period, your body will gradually get used to fasting.

I am really happy I found this app to help with tracking my fasting. There are no annoying ads. Plus the aesthetic is sooo cute. I have shown it to some of my friends who are also doing intermittent fasting. Not only is this a lovely app but it has a lot of great tracking options like your weight, water intake, food, calories, sleep and many more. I have tried a lot of other apps but always end up deleting them after one or 2 days because they spam you with paid content. This one does not.

App used to be really good but has now become a money grab with most modes behind a paywall which is also really expensive for a simple fasting timer. It is still pretty good I guess if you're okay with only free simple fasts.

it works well and I like it however I think the bmi calculator is wrong it's telling me I'm extremely overweight and that a healthy weight would be about 18kg for someone who is 5'3 and that could be quite dangerous for people with eds... I also compared it to the NHS bmi and according to that I'm a healthy weight but other than that I really like it :3

This is a happy, fun app and for a while worked well, but soon after buying the lifetime (for a very reasonable price) membership the app has become unusable. The app does not "fit" in the screen of my Samsung A9 tablet, and buttons to edit or save records are not in view to use. I tried deleting data and reinstalling, turned device off and on, but problem remained with new data. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling - old data and problem still installed.
