Update: Pro works great on the website. App was two stars for log in issues, they fixed within 24 hours and I can now log in. Thank you! I enjoy the pro version for the step-by-step solution. Particularly helpful when helping my son with his math homework. Been using the website for years now, at least more than 5 years. Sometimes, it doesn't understand the mathematical statement and I have to research how to prompt it, it's a small inconvenience, hence 4 stars.

Great use if you're on the website. App is literally unusable if you pay for a subscription, though. Everytime I go to type anything it just says "subscription activated!" and takes me to my account page. Yes I bought your subscription, now let me use it. Edit: Thanks for the reply, but the new app costs money it seems and I don't want to spend more than I already have. Again, service is great but this app in particular just does not work.
