Yassir is good app to get around from place to place ,but unfortunately its lack a lot of features as customer and driver , but overall is good 👍 ,for example when you cancel the ride there is not enough features why you want to cancel it ,I am sure they can add some to it, and that can achieve with survey, from both side ,customers satisfaction and drivers opinion too , hope it's get better in future

Unfair pay and zero transparency. Yassir’s commission is too high, and what we earn as drivers in Algeria is nowhere near what they claim. After long hours, fuel, and wear on our cars, we barely make anything. On top of that, their app updates are uselessly vague — they just say “bug fixes and improvements” without telling us what actually changed. No communication, no respect, just profit for them.
