Using a proven program, the 20 Pull Ups Challenge slowly but surely builds and strengthens your upper body, having you perform specific reps of pull ups with a period of rest in between.
Just simply follow and perform the instructed number of reps, and after 6 weeks, you will be able to do 20 pull ups straight!
Can’t do a single pull up? No problem! The app has a built in program with detailed instructions on how to do what is known as a “negative pull up”. These negative pull up exercises will help you build enough strength until you can do a proper full pull up!
Can’t physically finish a certain day’s workout? You can always repeat it until you’re ready to move on! Are the first couple weeks’ workouts too easy for you? The app allows you to skip ahead to any day you wish!

I already had been doing pullups, just lacking discipline in my workouts and wanting something to keep me on track. I decided to try an app and I'm pleased that I found one that's really simple and easy to stay on track with. Plus, there aren't a bunch of annoying ads that tend to pop up at the very times that they're not wanted. Again, very simple, and I'm hoping I'll actually stick with it until I make it to twenty. I'm about halfway through and it's felt great!
I am currently following the plan but doing the reverse pull-up (see Q&A in app), I do each day twice as I feel it is necessary but am 100% progressing. After 2 weeks of reverse versions, I will start again but doing pull-ups as outlined in the app help.
Motivational but starting to feel impossible for me. I am stuck at week 5 day 2.
I like the design of the app, it's nice, easy to use. After 3 weeks of training I am developing tennis elbows, they are starting be painful. Increase in reps numbers is too steep, and if one needs to repeat almost every day at least twice, then the whole program would take much much longer than 6 weeks, assuming that progress is achievable and realistic.
This app cannot help you if you can do a Single Pull Up. There is a section related to negative pull ups, but it's just a written text and not integrated into the main app. Dude the First proper pull up is the hardest. If you can already do one proper pull then you don't really need this app.
