- The app works with Android 5.0 or higher.
- You need a credit card account from Consors Finance. If you do not already have one, you can request it directly from the login page of the app ("No customer yet?").

Professional and its everything ok with the app, the only "misstake" customer support language barrier, including here not over the phone, more english would be perfect but still 5 stars.

app and website isn't working properly for month now. I think they're both react apps and suffer the same issue. I can't navigate "Saldo & Ratenhoehe" and "Rueckzahlung" anymore. Update: Thanks for your reply It was fixed the day after I've reported this.

3 stars because of too many unnecessary calls. Even their number is in red list. they are extreamly pushy and calling every other day. And call center people are so unfriendly and unethical.

The app looks fine. The support system, unfortunately, is not as expected; there's always delays. There are also not fair hidden costs which you will be informed by email after you charge, like 15€ for changing the payment date! 😀 As you do this online per app, this cost makes no sense.

What a terrible experience. I was trying to pay my all credit in one time. So i press Einmalzahlung. But it was something else there is a function to change you want to change payment to 1st or 15 of the month.I accidentally pressed it. I called there customer service. Now they are saying they cannot change it. Please give function to change the language. Any way Never gonna used this credit card again.
