Great fitness program in general. Love working out at home. Unfortunately cannot turn off the music in the app on my mobile device. The symbol says it's off but it's still playing. Music is way louder than the instructor which is annoying when I'm running outside. Are you able to fix pls?

I was interested in signing up, it said I could have a 7 day trial but I can only access one of the videos which is a beginners cardio.... I have no interest in this whatsoever, I was interested in the dance fitness videos but I won't subscribe if I can't see what they are like/ give it a trial. Surely a free trial should enable you to see what's actually on offer?
