With its high download numbers and positive user rating, Pokémon Sleep has proven itself to be a well-received app. However, its simplicity and limited gameplay may not appeal to all users.
Pros
- With over 10 million downloads and a 4.4-star rating, Pokémon Sleep has demonstrated its popularity and effectiveness in engaging users, making it a great option for those looking for a fun sleep tracking experience.
- The app's developer, The Pokémon Company, is a well-established and reputable brand, ensuring a certain level of quality and support for the app.
- Pokémon Sleep does not contain ads, providing a seamless and uninterrupted user experience, which is a significant advantage over other free apps in the Game Simulation category.
- The app's in-app purchases are reasonably priced, ranging from $1.19 to $97.99, allowing users to customize their experience without breaking the bank.
- Pokémon Sleep's unique approach to sleep tracking, using a smart device to discover adorable Pokémon sleep styles, sets it apart from other sleep tracking apps and makes it a great option for fans of the franchise.
Cons
- Despite its unique approach, Pokémon Sleep's gameplay and features may be too simplistic for some users, particularly those looking for a more complex or challenging experience.
- The app's monetization model, while not overly aggressive, may still be a concern for users who are sensitive to in-app purchases or are looking for a completely free experience.
- Some users may find the app's lack of depth and complexity to be a drawback, particularly if they are looking for a more comprehensive sleep tracking or gaming experience.
- The app's compatibility with certain devices or operating systems may be limited, which could be a concern for users with older or lower-end devices.
Best for: The ideal user for Pokémon Sleep is a casual gamer or Pokémon fan who is looking for a fun and engaging way to track their sleep, and is likely between the ages of 13 and 35, with a medium to high level of technical skill, and a strong interest in gaming, health, or wellness.

Pokémon Sleep users say on Google Play
It's a fun chill game. The music is relaxing, the Pokemon are cute, and the dishes you can make look good. I like you can earn diamonds for free, be it slower, bitllut at least that's an option to build up to buy something. At times the shadows under the Pokemons feet isn't quite laid right so it looks like their floating. It doesn't take away from my enjoyment. I guess that was something that happened due to being on a cellphone? Overall, fun relaxing game.
i like the game although one thing that confuses me is that u can only have 5 party members and not 6 like in the mainline games
extremely p2w like pretty much all pkmn mobile games. i would say i use it for sleep tracking, but you can only keep 30 days worth of data before it's deleted without the PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION. bffr. i've made it work without spending much of anything (exception being coupons), and it's extremely difficult to progress this way. if you want to spend $10/month for a sleep app with pkmn on it, go for it. former devs (Select Button) did a phenomenal job on it, tho. go play Hunt Cook instead of this!
It's cute, but I'm finding it hard to get any new recipes because it seems to be an impossible amount of items, it's a sleep app not something you should be grinding
App is a lot better. I just wish they would remove the pop up every single time snorlax reaches another level. Even with the check mark on it. 5000 for the most expensive new years bundle. that's about $45. what kind of drugs are you smoking
