I have used it for a day and it is great! It provides what it promises, structured programs, exercises especially designed for your needs, goal, skill level and strength. You don't need to worry a lot about if you are doing it right or not, just do as it shows and with each set and rep it will inforce the right position automatically without you knowing it. It's experience of a day, I will edit my review if there is any need later!

Great app, great programs. Just the schedule feature is way too rigid with regard to programs. I'm a martial artist and have other workouts outside this app. I really like these programs, but changing around my schedule or pushing the program off for another time, the scheduler becomes annoying to deal with, so much so that I have a separate paper with all the weeks and sessions that I check off on the paper so I can actually keep track of my program. If you make it more flexible then...5 star.

It looks great and I like that it first asks my goals and asks what equipment I have. However I didn't even get one workout done because the first workout it created required equipment that I don't have. What's the point of the app asking what we have if it's just going to ignore that immediately?

The are no free workouts in the app. The only option that's free is to download the app. I fail to understand why can't they say this front and center instead of wasting everyone's time.
