I've just started using this app and so far am finding it to be a huge help. I find it very difficult to stick to self-care routines but the app makes it so quick and easy. I particularly like that I can visually track my hydration levels and watch the goal fill up as I add drinks during the day. The free version is brilliant but I purchased the one-time subscription as I wanted quicker access to daily activities without having to find the right menu in the app.
it helps me meditate it reminds me to drink water , it reminds me to do my to do list . everyone who are struggling by there timings they should use this app
this is soo good game it's make very Happy and enjoy β€οΈπ§Έ
JUST MAKE IT A PAID APP NOT AN APP WITH HIDDEN FEES AND ALL THE B.S. GOD. Even editing needs to be paid.
