A research-based app for those who have had a heart attack

Hjerte-sjekken©™ is a research-based app to support and follow up treatment goals for those who have had a heart attack. In the Hjerte-sjekken app, you can get information and make registrations related to your heart health, as well as get an overview of recommended follow-up appointments with a doctor.
