Essential to my continuing growth as a sober person (26+ yrs so far). I start my day with the daily reading and review it again before retiring at night. This affords me an opportunity to reflect on how well I've incorporated the meditation into my day. 15 years ago I started with the softcover book until it was so dog-eared it literally fell apart. The app is much more convenient and accessible throughout the day. I particularly like that I can mark favorite meditations for quick reference.
I just got "A Day At A Time" yesterday. I used to read it years ago and it seemed much easier and simpler to understand. Times have changed though and it still helps. Thanks
Sober proofreaders with glasses needed lol
basically same context. but i don't like how they have taken God out of some of the readings so others don't get offended.
