I've been using it for only 3 days but I am very impressed. It is like having an ADHD coach in your pocket. I also like the gentle tone, and because talking to a chatbot I don't feel stupid being proud of myself for really menial stuff. It makes sense of the many little notes, insights, reminders that would otherwise pile up in my notes app and never look up again. Also it helps me prioritize the things that are truly important. I hope I can make this habit stick and not get bored. :)
so far so good. I don't like the fact that it gets very in depth about somethings; but I guess that's the point. And also, change can be uncomfortable
Got on. The purpose of the lifeline was unclear to me, so I filled it up with negative events in my life, only to have those tagged with hearts and self-care. Then I mentioned that the thing that gets in the way of me getting things done is the depression from a lifetime of ADHD, and it said basically that it couldn't help me with depression, and I should consult a licensed provider. I have no idea how this app is supposed to help, and apparently it doesn't, either
