I have tried for months to get the By Location feature to work. I freed up memory on my phone, I adjusted permissions, I uninstalled and reinstalled. I tried setting up a new account. The page just loads and never returns any results. Update: Tech support had to fix it on their end. It took a couple days. Apparently it goes down by zip code at times. So if this is same thing happens to you, make sure you ask them to fix it so it works for you and your neighbors too!

This app is a GREAT idea. Many of us would like to volunteer around our communities but just don't know what opportunities are available. My one problem with it is that there are not many listing in my area most of the time, snd when there are, they are usually manual labor like cleaning up a cemetery. Due to health issues, I can't currently participate in this type of work. I'm hoping that, with time, more diverse service opportunities will be included in the program.

There needs to be a method of flagging an organization so that I don't see it. I'm not interested in school organizations asking for donations for things that their school budgets should be providing for.

Bugs make it impossible to log in and many functions are unavailable unless you log in. It will say your password is wrong even when it's correct. (I can log onto the website but not the app so I know the password is correct). You're better off deleting the app and using the website.

Registering through the app didn't work for me. I was unable to change the country or set the country. No drop down capability or the ability to type in the country.
