I studied German 12 years in school. Never thought I would like it or get somewhere with it. Now 30, I need it for work and this LEO Dic is the best thing that I ever found. Very nice trainer (test system), very nice expressions (the best way to learn imo). Only thing I dont like is you can't copy paste on Android but I can live with it. Before the redesign I could type in a word and get the declination /conjugation so easily. Now I have to click around a few times to more often than not go in circles instead

I am using Leo since many years and it has always been my favorite dictionary! But since the redesign I am not enjoying this app as much anymore. It feels rather bloated than sleek and it takes more time to get to the results. Before you had straight a list of recommended words and translation, now you need at least 3clicks more and because of all this big buttons and windows it shows you less and it's less enjoyable. I hope they will go back to the old simple design!

The new UI is a massive downgrade, it's terrible. As is increasing the widget size with buttons that can be accessed easily by launching the app anyway. Always sad to see a good app go backwards.

Does not comply with RGPD. They force you to accept seeing targeted ads (and therefore to accept cookies) and tell you you can "later" remove your consent in the settings, but when you do that, the message forcing you to give your consent pops up again and takes up half the screen making the app unusable unless you consent. Very disappointed. I'll signal this to the CNIL if it doesn't change anytime soon. This is unacceptable. You should have the option to refuse from the start.
