Today the app simply doesn't find any trains scheduled, which is obviously not true. There's the error message, but you have no idea what to do to solve it.

Making this app more and more dysfunctional with each release does not make Trainline an alternative. Trenitalia app is the alternative.

If app has been sold to Train app, it would be appropriate to discontinue this one and let all your users know. I have no problem for your survival & desires, you sold or went into partnership. What is slightly annoying is disregarding users who got you to a high rating. It was one of the app for checking schedules & alternative, plus the unbelievably timely report on delays. Transparent communication would have been a beautiful ending. We shouldn't normalize ghosting in business.
