1) Uninstall Photo Gallery & Album
2) Download Photo Gallery & Album and install.
3) Go to set a New Password.
4) The hidden files will be recovered in privacy album.

WHY was the editing tool (pen) that allowed me to draw a colored box (or line) around part of an image, eliminated?? I noticed it a few weeks ago because I used it often to highlight text on a screenshot. It was a VERY useful tool. Also, the Frames feature is gone. These changes do NOT enhance the user experience. Another feature that would be VERY helpful is adding tags/keywords to images for faster searching. This was my 'go-to' gallery app but sadly, I'm trying other apps to replace this one.

Don't use! Frustrating!! This app now comes with INTRUSIVE 30 second ads just when you try to view a few photos / pictures - you have to watch them first! This used to be a good app - worth 4 or 5 stars but now the app is there to generate money through advertising when for years this app has remained free to use with minimal intrusion. The long video ads are not needed or wanted here! I would have gladly paid a sponsorship fee to support the developer instead of having this nonsense!
