This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.

MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:

• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.

Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

The app is good. May i suggest a feature that will make it better. If there is a way to delete expired submissions in bulk. Or perhaps something that enables users to select a stretch of submissions according to the date. This is because at one time the app stopped working and the functions only started working again after i made some deletions. Probably because of some memory allocation. And the current way for us to delete submissions now is quite a hassle. You guys are doing a great job. Thks

Very easy to use, except that the QR code clearance is sometimes difficult to scan. Always have to always try a few times shifting my phone around before the gate can capture. (no issues after that once sucessfully read QR code) Might want to review the qr code size or form to make it more easy to be captured, or perhaps the angle of the scanner to minimise the interference from ceiling lights and reflections.

The app was fast and responsive when i first got it but now its extremely laggy and slow. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail, is this a samsung specific issue (s25+)? As ive seen other users still have snappy app

Very clumsy UI. Most of the options need to click twice, going to another screen to pick options. It's probably built with some hybrid tool that caters to web and mobile app. It defeats having a mobile app if you can't build a smooth and fluid UI. May I ask why ICA put more QR code scanning counters at Woodlands bus hall than passport scanning counters? On what grounds are you penalizing passport holders?There are at least 4 times QR Counters. It's not like we can leave our passports at home.
