Since the app has changed, it has caused me so many problems. Ie, not being able to get onto the site to view jobs, Sitters keep sending me job offers when the position is filled, sending me jobs that are obviously too far away. MUCH prefer the old system that you used to have. When I do try and apply for a job, the app takes too long to load up, its like lighting a wet fuse! In the end, I give up and dont bother. You say you have made greater improvements Sitters, however this is not justified

I keep getting pop ups saying I there is a possible booking for me and when I try to go on it says there are no bookings. Very confusing and time waisting.

Since it's launched it's not worked properly. Jobs pending for days . Other jobs not showing when you receive endless notifications. And why should we wait days for our payment to Clear? We don't turn up days later for the booking!. Cashless as an option is fine if there is a choice but this is ridiculous I want to be paid at the immediate end of every booking. If I can actually get any bookings via this app. The web based version was better.
