I've framed two photos with the app. Both came back as I had planned. The app is easy to use, and there are loads of options for framing from which to choose. They were very well constructed and came with a free quality picture hanging hook, so all I had to do was hammer in the minimally damaging hook. They were very well packaged to survive shipping. The prices are very competitive with local framing stores. I am very pleased with this app.

I reached out to their customer support and they helped adjust the image so that I could get it in the frame they way I wanted. the delivery was speedy and the outcome looked exactly how I wanted it.
