Fantastic little game that's full of charm the game starts off really simple with graphics being black and white and then evolving into color graphics and eventually 3D graphics. You find these upgrades to the game in chest littered all over the game world this can also include gameplay elements like in the beginning you have no health bar and die in one hit then you gain multiple hearts for health letting you take more damage before dieing. It's so enjoyable a must buy game!

Mostly fun game, but the mage enemies have next to no time to attack them between teleport, which makes them infuriating to deal with, especially when paired with other enemies or worse multiple mages The best part of the game, in my opinion, is the Diablo reference.

Fantastic game. Really short but it comes out to about $1 per hour of entertainment for about 3-4 hours. The in game card game is a lot of fun. I'd play a full version. I'd make my review 4 stars but the achievements don't work for me. I cleared cache and storages etc. bought evoland 2 everything is fine. I initially thought it might be google but it looks to be evoland 1 error. Seems small thing but achievements give that little push incentive to do more in game. Ups value.

The idea is good, but the execution is bad. Controller sucks, yet the game sometimes require precise movement. Some enemy can appear right in front of you, makes it impossible to avoid. No save point before boss room, you have to walk quite far.

I'm currently in Aogai village on my way to the 2nd part of the amulet, but things started feeling like a chore rather than a game. A task record would really help if ever I take a break because I'd come back clueless. What also irritated me were the lava floors. Instead of going back from where you fell, you have to redo the whole trajectory from start to finish and the controls makes things worse. So if you like games with a decent pace, avoid this one at all cost.
