NOTIFICATION: it should have been advised previously by cab industry, and it probably was, however we all busy and don't keep up with the news. There is still Silver cabs on the road advertising silver service, however that structure of cabs is now obselete. It's all 13Cabs now, and I wouldn't be surprised if they fail because their structure isn't working for customers, nor their drivers but they ignore everyone.

It often is slow or non-responsive... have to close and re-open to see if Taxi has been booked or if driver is on the way.

Works ok but estimates can't be trusted. Trip was nearly $10 more than the high end estimate (after taking toll into consideration which I guess is not included in estimate) despite being 7am on a public holiday with near zero traffic. Also don't like how you have to use a separate app rather than just be an option in the 13cabs app. Thankfully the same accounts works in both. Lastly, have tried to set home address several times but it just doesn't save it.

A dangerous app to rely on if you need to get somewhere. Apparently making an advance booking for a taxi to pick you up at a specific time, which is then charged to your card up front, does not mean that a taxi will turn up then. It means they will try to find you one, but you may be waiting for 15 or more minutes (even in the central suburbs). Not great when you have specifically booked in advance to get to the airport. Never again will I rely on this "service"
