Services Australia Child Support mobile app
To use the app you need to have a myGov account linked to your Child Support online account.
To setup a myGov account go to my.gov.au
If you need help to setup a myGov account, or link to Child Support go to servicesaustralia.gov.au/onlineguides
To sign into the app for the first time, use your myGov sign in details and create a PIN.
You’ll then use your myGov PIN to sign into the app in future.
With our app, you can:
• check when your payments are due
• check how much to pay
• check how much you’ll receive
• view your payment history
• view and update your personal and bank details
• update change of care arrangements
• upload documents to Child Support
• update your income estimate
• update your income for a previous financial year
• advise of an extraordinary payment

This app is very easy to use and has all the functions to keep your login details safe and having to have to get a Linking code from Centrelink just to be able to set your app .Is a great way to authenticate it's your Centrelink prof.

My app no longer tells me when I need to make payments and hasn't updated since the 15 August
Doesn't work anymore. Was fine when it did work, basic but got the job done. Please fix.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the persistent technical issue with the sign-in process that has been ongoing for approximately two months. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to successfully sign in and am continually met with a spinning loading indicator. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly, as it has significantly hindered my ability to access and utilize the platform effectively. The prolonged duration of this issue raises concerns.. stop slacking off.
