So far I love this app! I like the many different workout routines they have and you have the option to target your butt, legs, abs, or full body workout. I use the free version because I'm not going to pay a subscription for something I'm just working out at home for with no equipment. I prefer it with no equipment. I like how the app also tracks your progress and gives you a rest day and let's you customize your schedule and time to workout however many days a week.
the excersises were amazing and help me a lot
The speed of the animation doesn't match the narration. The beep comes at the wrong time. Some exercises are waaaay too slow, like heel touches. Not a very good app tbh
tried for a few days. the workouts themselves, are pretty good. I like that they're customizable. however, the ads after every click are WILD. more importantly, there's a complete lack of instruction. you say "it shouldn't hurt". obviously. so, maybe tell them how to adjust so it won't! also, the complete lack of stretching before or after is troubling. good potential, but there's much better out there. update: dropped to 1 for your generic automated response about ads 😮💨
