In training mode, Pushups app will make a reasonable training plan based on your age and body status. The plan will be divided in to six levels with each level containing several groups of push ups. Training plan for next group or level will be based on your current training result. In each new level the app will re-evaluate your body status to make sure the plan is customized.

The best app ever! I started with 9 but now I can do up to 140. After I had completed all the stages, I started it all again from stage 1 with twice as many push ups. Perhaps you should consider creating second version or adding a few more stages. Edit After a few years of not working out, I have started again and this app is still the best. I had significantly gone down but I'm at 90 now and aiming for 180 by next year.
nice app for remembering push ups
decent push-up app, and relatively easy to use, but there is no decent way to look at progress or what you've done before it is an arbitrary graph that you can't look at sets, or previous workouts when you're about to start a workout, or see it over the course of multiple months. once you start a new month that is all you can see on the page. with a tweak the more easily see previous workouts and the sets within those workouts with easily make this a 5 out of 5
too many ads, poor statistics
