One huge problem: for a reward I can either spend gems or watch an ad. It always takes away the gems too even though I watched the ad. I've lost over 150 gems already because of this. Which is a rare currency in the game. There is also no costumer support option in the game to contact anyone about issues. Otherwise the game itself is a nice way to spend time, you can progress at a good rate, cute animations, always something to do.

I used to LOVE playing this game, but what is with ALL THE POPUP ads?! I took a small break from playing for less than two months and I come back to an update with ghosts, and ads popping up interrupting the game play every 30 to 45 seconds!! WHY?! That is so irritating I don't want to play anymore!

I finished the first 3 hospitals, and when I went to go to the next level, it sent my back to the first hotel amd all my work was gone....I had to start completely over! never sent me to the 4th location. now I am on the 3rd level again but it isn't logging my green vials or books to upgrade when I earn them! I swear if I have to start over again I am deleting this app!
