CorrLinks is a way to communicate with those incarcerated in institutions

CorrLinks is a way for family and friends to electronically communicate with their loved ones incarcerated in institutions. Established through a relationship between a corrections agency and ATG, this system allows family and friends to subscribe to CorrLinks services. Currently all Federal Bureau of Prisons, US Navy Brig (Charleston and Miramar), and Department of Corrections (DOC) for the States of Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Wisconsin institutions allow such communication.

Note: To use this app, you must have a paid Premier Account subscription.

The app has the following features:
• Stay in contact with your loved ones with real time alerts. Receive immediate push notifications to your device every time you receive a new message!
• Eliminates login on a mobile device!
• Messages downloaded significantly faster!
• Messages previously read are in your inbox and don’t need to be downloaded again!
• Retain messages on your device for 60 days – server still only keep 30 day.
• Attach up to 3 mobile devices (iOS, Android) to your account!
• Eliminates Captcha on the mobile app – making it much easier to interact.

I love using the app vs. the website. Recently ran into some issues, but customer support was able to correspond in a timely matter and help me fix the major issue quick. By rebooting my device, and then deleting and reinstalling the CorrLinks mobile app. The sync error was immediately corrected. I also had to delete my device from the website (under manage account, manage devices.. because each time you login to the app. it counts as 1 device being used, there are only 3 devices allowed).

The app is ok, but it now 'syncs' every time you change screens instead of when you go in and then again when you hit send. It's frustrating to sit and wait as it 'syncs' when it opens, then when you click on inbox, then again when you click on a message, then again when you click reply, etc.. It didn't do this until about 3 months ago or so.

this app is worthless... I paid to be able to know when my loved one messages and to be able to respond on the go away from my computer but the app always says syncing and never allows me to see the messages let alone respond. If I would have known I was gonna have to access it through web browser I wouldnt have paid for any part of this app! fix the issues!!!!

My experience has constantly been awful. This app barely works most of the time. Right now it doesn't work at all. Repeatedly tells me my "credentials are invalid" or it is "unable to sync. Even after changing my password my "credentials are invalid". I tried uninstall ing and reinstalling to no avail.
