Video visit with your incarcerated family/friends using Android devices.

No longer limited to a computer, CorrLinks users can visit with their family/friends incarcerated at most Bureau of Prison women institutions (check with Bureau which facilities allow video visitation) from the convenience of their phone.

Video session times are set by each institution, but are generally available every day of the week! Video sessions last 25 minutes, starting at the top and bottom of each hour.

CorrLinks users are not charged for video sessions. Per Bureau rules only the incarcerated individual may schedule the video visit, and you have the ability to accept their invitation.

For a positive experience it is very important you connect to the video session from a location that has fast and reliable internet access, and that ambient lighting is bright enough for the camera to capture a good picture.

I love this app. My daughter is incarcerated in a Federal prison. This app has been the only way we have had communication for the last 2 years. We can do visits and see each other. Great for her daughter whom really needs the visits. These help her so much. We can do email's as well. You just can't beat that unless a person could see them in person. This is isn't our case and so many more. She is all the way across the U.S. I am not able to travel due to my health issues.

I just downloaded the app I completed the test for my phone and it said it was good. Every time I come back to the app it's still telling me I need to run a test. Am I supposed to run a test before each video call?!? That means that it's going to take me 10 minutes before I can get on my video call with my relative. It also says status pending they didn't tell me that on the video when I was setting it up.

Poor video quality regardless of the Internet connection, even with gigabit Internet. Great to be able to see loved ones, but wish it wasn't always as grainy as a flip phone video. It's clearly some big that they need to fix. The app always thinks I have a slow connection (even though I don't) and must be downgrading the stream to accommodate. Extremely frustrating

Horrible, video lags, steady connection is near impossible, WORST audio of any app. Wired headphones only, not bluetooth compatible. Mandatory test run takes to long. Establishing connection is successful less than half the time and when it does its very poor. Possibly the worst video calling or communications app on Android period. Very disappointing!
