For the past week, I have been unable to access the transaction history on my account. The "search transactions" button has an X surrounded by a box and the button ends up being outlined in orange when I tap it. My transaction history does not open.

This app is NOT user-friendly! I just spent over an hour trying to submit a claim for my FLEX account. American Fidelity, please do better!

I highly recommend going with Aflac instead of American Fidelity. The app is such a disaster. I can't help but believe it's intentional to make it difficult to file claims. I filed two claims 3 days after Christmas, and they magically disappeared. Halfway through one claim. Today, the app reset, and I had to start over. Service is not as advertised when it's being sold. Borderline false advertisement. Would highly not recommend.
