Great experience so far - I have 2 of the Anker Prime 250w chargers and being able to use the app - knowing how much current a device draws and when something is done charging without having to look at the cryptic display of the item being charged or even the Anker charger itself is helpful, particularly for someone whose vision is not what it was. It hasn't crashed, flaked out, or displayed any ads. Good UI, solid app, another successful Anker product.

So far so good but please, please, please add a 'DARK MODE'!!! I could not believe that I was not able to find an option to switch to Dark Mode. It really does make a huge difference on the eyes! To be honest, with the deliverables of the app there should be functionality to customise the actual Theme. It makes a huge difference during use/viewing!!! Thanks!👍🏼

Ignores the android theme/dark mode, is way too bright, small/thin letters, hard to read. No settings for dark mode or font, and ignores the system theme/font. By far the hardest to read fonts out of all the apps on my phone. Otherwise works well. I like setting the power bank to charge a bit slower so it stays cool and the batteries last longer. Also nice that it identifies the USB cable attached so you know how the power rating is.

Needs Internet access just to control a local device. Why? It can see that the device is there and start connecting, but it will bomb out if it doesn't have the ability to phone home.

Don't buy from Anker anymore. Anker hardware is good, but the company has turned to trash. If you buy anything beyond the standard, basic devices, they now force you to consent to tracking, and data theft just to use basic features of what you bought. Want to update firmware to fix serious bugs? Have fun throwing your data at a greedy company. Anker used to be great, but now you should be buying from other companies.
