My eufymake app keeps crashing when I try to use it. my device is compatible with the new update. I'm running android 14 with OS version 6.1. I have tried to uninstall my app and reinstall it but it still crashes when I open the app. I hope I'm not the only one having this problem. Other than that the app is great.

we travel with an ankermate m5c in our 5th wheel, every time we move and set back up this app is horrible about reconnecting to the wifi, the machine is great, this app is beyond frustrating

Update: the update they mentioned in their response actually made it worse. The updates are killing the m5 3d printer. it has connection issues now and won't even open files i have saved that I've printed before. I'll never buy another of their products because the moment they roll something else out even if its in a completely different field, they drop all support for their other products.
