Beltone HearMax™ - for Beltone hearing aids

The Beltone HearMax app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Notes: Please contact your local Beltone representative for product and feature availability in your market. We recommend that the hearing aids run the latest software version. If in doubt, please contact your hearing care professional.

Use the Beltone HearMax app to:
• Enjoy Beltone Remote Care: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.

And use these direct control and personalization options:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your Beltone streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Monitor the battery status of your rechargeable hearing aids
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Breaker Pro. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

I've had problems with the app on my Android (Samsung Galaxy S24). Turns out there's a compatibility issue with that model. Beltone is a good product, BUT check your cellphone model for compatibility first. BTW, my next cell phone will NOT be a Samsung.

The Bluetooth function didn't work properly, and i wanst getting any answeres here soooo....i emailed them thru the app itself and got a step by step tutorial on how to fix all my connection issues. Sadly my cell doesnt support the function for answering and making calls, but it works otherwise. Until i get a new cell, im quite happy. My advice: use the app email for all help.

when streaming, more often than not only one hearing aid connects. The app only has three equalizer slides. you'd think that for $9,000 hearing aids you'd get a better app. there are parts that I like such as creating profiles for each situation and that has been very helpful. My overall experience with the hearing aids themselves is pretty good but the app isn't nearly on par with the actual hearing aids. I will not be buying beltone hearing aids again as they are just not worth it.

Hearing aid is great, but connectivity is impossible you try and try again no luck. You make no effort to respond, which is very very sloppy.

so i went into the beltone office for my 3 month check. i told them I've been having several issues with my hearing aids. the lady took them and was gone for awhile, came back and told me nothing was wrong?? she stated that she cleaned and installed new wires connecting hearing aids to speaker. Now 2 days later the aids mysteriously unpaired from Bluetooth and no matter what i do they will not reconnect!! the Bluetooth on my phone says connected but the app just spins when trying to connect.
