So far, I find this application very easy to use. It is chocked full of useful information and controls for your account and related trip considerations.

cannot complete check-in process, the app will not save contact info for phone, email and SMS opt-in. Phoned and reported issue, told would be fixed in a few days and that they knew about it. it has been months and still not fixed.

the app has 1 redeeming feature the ability to locate where your cruise mates are. but this is hardly intuitive. the app is very clunky. you can't just jump to where you want to go you must navigate back to the main menu to go somewhere else. even buying a photo to download, I've you but the photo you can't download from the photo menu, you have to navigate to your account and find my photos where there you are finally able to download. event schedule kept glitching in short it sucks

UPDATE - pre-travel checklist - my contact number CANNOT be updated using app. Looked promising but turned out to be VERY frustrating. Made 2 bookings. I couldn't make 2 room booking in 1 go. While I got the emails, I can't add the booking to journey in app - it takes about half a day to catch up and booking appears in app. I can't link the 2 bookings like I can in other cruise operators app. VERY frustrating.
