The Princess Cruises app is your vacation guide and key to planning and unlocking experiences onboard.

Before you arrive, use this app to:

- Save time at the port by checking in and providing required travel documentation through our guided OceanReady® steps
- Make dining reservations at our main dining rooms and specialty restaurants
- Ensure you're getting the most out of your vacation by purchasing a Princess Plus® or Princess Premier® Package
- Book shore excursions for each port day of your cruise
- Learn about onboard activities, events, and view detailed deck plans
- Book a treatment or salon service at the Lotus Spa

Once onboard, connect to our ship's MedallionNet wifi so you can:

- Order food, beverages, amenities and more - anytime, anywhere via OceanNow® service (one-time fee applies, complimentary with Plus and Premier Package)
- Complete the required Safety Essentials steps before setting sail.
- Explore the ship and get navigation instructions to venues and points of interest
- Locate shipmates in real-time and get navigation instructions to them
- View and bookmark onboard events and activities for each day

Good but a little clunky. I wish they would put their IT team responsible for the app so on the same cruise and require that they use it to plan their day, find other teammates, send messages to teammates, check dinner menus, etc. NO SMS text messaging or other apps allowed. That alone would result in a significant improvement! Overall, it has all the functionality, it's just a horrible interface so I give it 4 stars for what it does do.

Please fix this app. Contact info not saving as others have issues. Already ordered Medallions and saying not ordered. This app is very much not user friendly. As a Travel agent trying to help my clients and my bookings as well this is not a very good first impression on Princess. I do know that technology had issues at times, but it seems this is ongoing and isn't being fixed. Please fix ASAP so that we can get things imputed for our cruises. Used website to update info. Thanks.

the app has 1 redeeming feature the ability to locate where your cruise mates are. but this is hardly intuitive. the app is very clunky. you can't just jump to where you want to go you must navigate back to the main menu to go somewhere else. even buying a photo to download, I've you but the photo you can't download from the photo menu, you have to navigate to your account and find my photos where there you are finally able to download. event schedule kept glitching in short it sucks

I am very irritated with this app! I have a trip coming up in 70 days and the app will not allow me to set up dining. It gives me an "Internal Error" It is also not registering all my guest and myself in the travel party. It tells me 0 are in my travel party. I'm am upset and when you try to call, you're on hold for hours. I'm very disappointed!
