CitiBusiness® Mobile lets you manage your accounts virtually anytime, anywhere
This app also provides access to mobile token code generation for login and transaction approvals to everyday account activities on CitiBusiness® Online.
With CitiBusiness® Mobile App you can:
• Conveniently and securely generate token codes using the integrated Mobile Token feature
• Monitor your balances and recent activity
• Initiate payments and transfers between accounts
• Approve wire transactions
• Provide decisions on your Positive Pay items
CitiBusiness® Mobile users must be specifically entitled for access and should contact their Security Administrator prior to downloading the application. If this step is not completed, the application can be downloaded, however access will be denied upon log in.
The standard keyboard must be used for the CitiBusiness Mobile app to launch. Please change your default keyboard setting or delete the non-standard keyboard app before launching the app. Jailbroken and Rooted mobile devices cannot be used.
It has never been easier to access your accounts on the go. This application will communicate with Citi’s server automatically in order to relay your consent and to record usage metrics. By consenting to the installation of this application, you are also providing your consent to the future installation of any updates or upgrades to CitiBusiness® Mobile that may be required for this application to perform the functions outlined above. I like the fact of business two way verification in which you have to get a token every time you log in token is simple and easy and different ways me make superb security .
login is a little tricky, and when I loaded the app onto my new phone it automatically disabled my existing six-digit pin but didn't inform me, which involved spending an hour on the phone with customer support. that would have been a very useful notification to save time. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use.
Mobile Deposits do not work, the menu item is grayed out.
This app is getting more and more annoying. At first, it wouldn't let me use it if I had developer options turned on... and now it won't let me use just any keyboard... and I have to REBOOT MY PHONE when I change keyboards! I can see why they would not want you to use some odd, third party keyboard, but they should support a white-list of quality, Android keyboards that they support, not just the built in one. And don't tell me to DM you on X, as I don't have an account there because elon SUX!!!
App was working perfectly fine and then I tried to login today and app keeps crashing...very annoying and hindering to business. I was told to reach out via Twitter or email but the email "help" I received was telling me to reinstall the app (why didn't I think of that 🙄) then I was told to contact the number on the back of my card because they couldn't help me out further than that?? Great job with your "IT" department
