I've had the app for forever. Today, while trying to use the app, it has signed me out, which it never does. I tried signing back in and a pop-up came up that said "We have a new version available, update the app here" and I clicked on it, updated the app, but it still won't let me sign in. It just keeps giving me the same pop-up.

Been a donor for 10 years and y'all say that I had unacceptable behavior so I'm permanently deferred. I was mistreated by an employee in Atlanta and I responded and now I'm permanently deferred. I am disappointed but not surprised. This is the nature of new management. Unfortunately, my time with this company and the disrespect I received account for nothing.
