I have a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis. I tried several medications but am now taking a drug that has to be ordered through CVS Specialty Pharmacy. They have helped me with prior authorizations, insurance companies and my physician. They even call to remind me if I forget to order in time to prevent having to miss a dose.
Easily navigated
no push notifications for the in app secure messaging. secure messaging is not real-time, so it is extra important that we get a push notification to let us know we can login. Other than that, the basics of the app have improved. There are a lot of reporting requirements, so it is understandable that they do not have autofill. You do get a sometimes poorly-timed text messages telling you that you need to refill.
It just stopped working!! Fix it! It used to work great to order my specialty medicine...now it keeps telling me it's time to reorder but it says it's having issues so i deleted it and installed again thinking it was just my phone but now it won't send the code to verify me...fix this issue please.
I frequently get emails & notifications that I need to check my app for secure messages. I immediately check my security messages, but for the last 5-6 months I always get a message that "the secure messages server is down. Try again later." I now have 7 messages in my inbox that I cannot read. My prescription has cancelled several times because of this. Other app functions also crash due to "high traffic" from other users (i.e. my prescriptions disappear and an error states "high traffic").
