Been smoking for 50 years tried all different ways to stop and found it with NHS e ciggerette programme. App lets you see how much you have saved and how long not smoked for. Great app. Now an ex smoker will never go back. Saved enough for a holiday abroad. Great app 💰💲👍🏖️ Great app not smoked for 201 days and will never go back. If I can kick the habit anyone can. If you are thinking about quitting use this app, you will succeed.stopped smoking now for nearly 2 years saved over £7,000
so far, it's telling me what I want to know about quiting.
Dont like the pop up asking if you've smoked today "yes or no" at the beginning of the day. So you cant use the app during the day for encouragement, you have to wait till you have spent all day not smoking before using it. If I was to smoke again im surecit would probably happen during the day. I like that it calculates how much you've saved daily. That pop up is annoying, that i may look for another app
it couldn't cope with my 2nd streak, got confused and wouldn't count the first 2 days of non smoking. not very clever, plus every push notif came in twice
I was an extremely low smoker and I decided to finally give it up. I thought "who better to give me help than the NHS?" boy was I wrong, this app is full of "smoking, smoking, smoking" on every page, on every click. It constantly reminds you that you are smoking. Within minutes of installing this app I had the urge to go and light up despite my usual rabbit time being hours away. This is NOT the app for a casual/social smoker. I would assume that chronic smokers and chain smokers might benefit.
