I've been very satisfied with this airline so far. I've made about 3 trips and just booked my 4th. the customer service is 5 star at the counter, the attendants are also so friendly. I like that I have Internet on my flights, it's gone out a few times which is expected on an airline but very good basic for the cheap price of the tickets. the seats are VERY comfortable to me and I have not had a single delay yet.

Breeze is great: easy app Navigation, easy to change or cancel a flight if your plans change, and overall, affordable. However, they changed their point policy, where you could use points to bring your flight costs down so that's why I'm only giving a 4. Not a very good change for the customer.

Honestly, every experience has been solid except for the app charged for incorrect bags on my recent flight... in which support denied a resolution outside of me eating the cost. Support needs to improve when bugs occur but otherwise solid experience.

Borderline unusable. I was able to do everything fine on the website in a browser, but this app just seems like a poor attempt to have a web portal within an app. Random links and data entries didn't work and provided no error messages, which do show up on the website. I also tried to use the iOS version, and it had the same issues.
