not bad security cameras and not a too bad of an app could be a lot better. there needs to be more information on how the app connects with cameras and how to change the settings. I have 3 arcctv security cameras now, and the one type of security camera is much better. I wish I could rotate the privacy areas and add property lines.

The product overall works well but can be glitchy recording video, which makes it a questionable security product. Cameras seem to reset randomly. It sounds like the app used to be better but while the cloud storage forward interface is annoying it's tolerable. Less acceptable is that it will detect people but will only alert on motion (or shadows), which is non-stop outside and useless as an alert. During video playback if you pause to look at something the screen dims, which is just dumb.

When I first installed these, they were great. No issues. Did exactly what they should do. All alerts, maybe too many, but that was probably an issue on my end. I'd rather have too many alerts than no alerts. Now...whatever they've done to their app has caused me to not be able to use my SD card as a mode for recording, and it is inconsistent (to say the least) at alerts. No matter how many times I check my settings and change/fix them,they switch them back. Feels sketch. Questionable.

Cameras are VERY glitchy. contacting customer service is a joke. they tell you to delete the camera and add it back like thats going to solve the issue. One minute they are recording ok and the next you cant see whats going on because of it glitching. They won't record more than 5 seconds without paying 50.00 each camera which would be fine if the cameras actually worked correctly. For paying over 300.00 for four cameras I'm disappointed. Not a good look for a security system.
