Really Slow internet connection, and really bad phone reception at times; although, i'm in the city. I am changing it to 4 stars, because I wanted to order a new SIM with the same number, and it was incredibly easy. The people that are working with the app and the site, are doing a great job. However, reception in the city of Nottingham is not very good at some places, and there is room for improvement. changing it to 3 stars, because if you don't have access to internet you can't send text mesg

Genuinely cannot access this app anymore, every time I try to log in I just get an infinite loading screen. Tried a fresh install, tried clearing data and cache, tried restarting my phone, nothing seems to work. Please, and I cannot stress this enough, please fix this. It's becoming such an issue to just top up my phone that staying on Giffgaff just...doesn't seem the smart choice anymore.

giffgaff 5GB euro roaming data is incredibly poor. O2 offer 25GB. Considering O2 and giffgaff are the same company one has to question why apart from ripping off its customers giffgaff took this decision.
